Approved Development Permits

A listing of recently-issued Development Permits.

The latest Development Permits approved by Rocky View County administration are posted here as a way of informing the public of new development in the County. Each permit includes a link to the Notice of Decision which will remain on the webpage for three weeks.

Information is also available on the Building and Planning Interactive Map, designed to provide the status of planning applications and development permits throughout the County

Appeals

Any appeals concerning these permits must be filed within 21 days of the date of the decision of the Development Authority.

Approved Development Permits will continue to be listed on this page under the appropriate date, along with the Notice of Decision, which is available for a three-week period. These will be posted on Tuesday each week as applicable.
