Letters of Recognition 

Individuals or groups may request that Rocky View County issue a letter of recognition to recognize an event or personal milestone.  

Letters of recognition are custom letters that recognize events and personal milestones for members of the community. Letters may be provided to recognize significant birthday and wedding anniversary milestones, for accomplishment at competitive sport competitions, or to recognize significant or long-time volunteer service.  

Individuals or groups seeking to request a letter of recognition are encouraged to review the County’s Proclamation and Letter of Recognition policy.

Proclamations  

Individuals or groups may request that Rocky View County proclaim a day, week, or month to recognize a cause or event.  

Proclamations support community development by recognizing public awareness campaigns, charitable or non-profit initiatives, or artistic, cultural, athletic, or historical celebrations within the County.   

Individuals or groups may request that the County issue a proclamation to recognize an achievement, event, or personal milestone.
