Proposed Conceptual Schemes

Non-final plans in development that are currently undergoing public consultation or awaiting Council approval.

The plans on this page have been submitted to the County for review and consideration. They are currently undergoing public consultation or may be awaiting Council approval. These plans are not final. All final plans that affect the County are listed on the Plans and Policies page.

Once a conceptual scheme receives final approval, it is removed from this page and listed on the Approved Conceptual Schemes page.

All files are in PDF format.

We encourage you to get involved in the planning process by reading up on the plans affecting your area and sending us your input.

In some circumstances, landowners or developers are required to provide the County with an outline or plan for their proposed subdivision and/or development of land. This conceptual scheme provides:

  • supporting land use rationale
  • the identification of existing constraints and opportunities
  • a plan for the management of future development in the area
