Fees and Tickets

Fees, rates and charges for the use of waste management and collection services.

The County provides waste management services on a user-pay system. The user-pay system attaches a value to the waste that is disposed of at transfer sites, chuck wagons, and curbside for collection.

All fees and rates are set by the annual Master Rates Bylaw:

Tag-a-Bag Tickets

Tag-a-bag tickets are no longer required but can still be used to pay for the disposal of waste at County chuck wagon locations. Debit and credit payments will be accepted per-use at all Rocky View County collection sites. Tickets may still be purchased any of the County collection locations, as well as County Hall.
