Application Submitted
Development Support Services receives the application package.

Completeness Check
Planner reviews the application to confirm required information has been provided.

Initial Planner Review
Planner reviews the application for compliance and identifies any initial deficiencies/ risks to approval. Planner holds initial review meeting with applicant at this time.

Applicant Review / Acceptance
Applicant reviews the comments, addresses required items and confirms direction to proceed.
- 5
Circulation
The application is circulated for internal and external review and comment.
- 6
Comments Review
Planner reviews circulation comments and identifies whether additional information or revisions are required.
- 7
Applicant Response
If deficiencies are identified, the applicant provides the required information before the application proceeds.
- 8
Internal Review
Planner completes internal review and prepares the application to move forward to decision. (If outstanding items exist, return to Step 7.)
- 9
Planner Report
Planner prepares the report and recommendation.
- 10
Decision
Planner prepares administrative report and recommendation for decision-making authority’s consideration.
