Service Disruption due to Canada Post Strike
Tuesday, November 19, 2024
Rocky View County is facing major disruptions to our usual mail delivery services due to the national strike announced by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers. To minimize the impact on our community and maintain services, we have put in place several alternative online methods for communication and delivery.
Development Permit Notifications: Disruption of Notice of Decision (NODs) to neighbours and stakeholders is interrupted. Stay informed by checking our online Planning Map for real-time updates, viewing the Public Notices Webpage, or contacting development@rockyview.ca.
Utility Billing: Possible delays in receiving utility bills through traditional mail. To view your utility bill, sign up at myRockyView. For billing issues, email utilities@rockyview.ca or phone 403-230-1401.
Other Services: Many of Rocky View County’s services are conveniently available online for easy access. You can read the Rocky View Weekly newspaper, participate in Council meetings and public hearings, review Bylaws currently under consideration, and subscribe to our e-newsletter for the latest updates, all through our website.
For more specific information, or if you have any questions, reach out at questions@rockyview.ca or 403-230-1401.
