Citizen Satisfaction Survey

For the past four years Rocky View County has worked with a third-party research firm, to find out resident satisfaction levels. On odd years we do a smaller "Pulse" phone survey and on even years we do a full participatory Citizen Satisfaction Survey online and through phone. Here are the highlights and results of all our surveys. Thank you for participating and engaging with us as we can use this information to make operational improvements and support Council in priority setting.
