Election Day Voting Stations

Advance Vote
The following voting stations will be available for eligible voters of Rocky View County during the advance vote, which will be held prior to Election Day from October 6 – 11, 2025.
Eligible voters are not required to vote at a voting station within their electoral district during the advance vote. Unlike on Election Day, eligible voters may vote at any of the available voting stations during the advance vote.
All advance vote stations will be open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm during the advance vote. In accordance with the Local Authorities Election Act, any eligible voter who is standing in line when voting stations close will be allowed to vote at that voting station.

Please note that the County Hall will not be open for the advance vote on October 11, 2025.
Prince of Peace Advance Vote
Rocky View County will be holding a special advance vote for residents of the Prince of Peace continuing care facility on the following dates and times:
October 8, 2025
8:00 am – 2:00 pm
Prince of Peace Manor – 300 Prince of Peace Way, Rocky View County, AB
The County asks eligible voters who do not reside within the Prince of Peace continuing care facility to choose a different advance vote location so that election workers can focus on assisting facility residents who are unable to travel on Election Day.

Counting of Advance Vote Ballots
Because advance vote ballots are cast before Election Day, advance vote ballots are kept secure and counted separately from regular ballots cast on Election Day. Advance vote ballots are counted at the County Hall on Election Day, along with special ballots cast by mail, in accordance with the County’s Election Bylaw.
