The site will be relocated (25240 Nagway Rd) effective Wednesday April 1st, with the last operational day at the current location (Bearspaw Community Association, 253220 Bearspaw Rd) being Wednesday March 25th. 

Accepted Materials

  • Household garbage (1 tag-a-bag ticket per bag) - can be purchased on site by cheque. Tickets can be purchased at other County transfer sites or County Hall as well.
  • Newsprint
  • Mixed paper
  • Clear glass
  • Cardboard
  • Plastic
  • Metal (small items only)
  • Grass and leaves (May 1 – Oct. 31 only) (Limit of five bags)
  • Organics, if loose or in paper/compostable bags
