Volker Stevin Contracting Ltd. will be undertaking work to connect a water line crossing at Lower Springbank Road and Horizon View Road, adjacent to the Heights Subdivision development. A lane closure on Lower Springbank Road, east of Horizon View Road, will be in place from April 8 to April 10; a lane closure at the intersection of Horizon View Road and Escarpment Drive will be in place from April 11 to April 13.
