North Star Contracting Inc., on behalf of Rogers, will be performing utility installation work on Cochrane Lake West.
One-lane alternating traffic will be in effect during construction under flagger control, and the speed limit will be reduced to 50 km/h. Equipment and crews will be actively working on site.
