Bylaw C-8772-2026– Public hearing to consider Bylaw C-8772-2026 for a site-specific amendment to the Direct Control Bylaw C-6586-2007 (DC-123) to allow the existing Accessory Building on Unit 32, Plan 0914699 within N-13-26-06-W05M to have a minimum northwestern side yard setback of 2.00 metres (6.56 feet), and a minimum northern side yard setback of 1.20 metres (3.94 feet), instead of the current required 2.4 metres (7.87 feet).
