Rocky View County Citizens Share Their Satisfaction on Services

Rocky View County continues to enhance its municipal services by actively tracking performance and incorporating ongoing citizen feedback.
Since 2022, the County has worked with third-party research firm Leger Canada to understand resident satisfaction levels. Alternating annually between a full Citizen Satisfaction Survey and a smaller Pulse Survey, this research plays a key role in developing strategic priorities and plans.
The most recent Pulse Survey, conducted between February 12 and 19, 2025, gathered insights from 350 residents via telephone interviews. The results show positive momentum in several key areas, reflecting a steady improvement in service quality, communication, and public engagement.
