Effective March 4, 2026, First and Final Notice Letters will be generated automatically as notification of your permit expiry.
You will now receive a separate, emailed notice for each permit on which you are listed as a contact.
In addition, Permit Services Reports will also be generated automatically to advise of the closing status of your permit.
A separate, emailed report will be issued for each permit you are listed on.
Previously, when multiple permits within a project shared the same expiry date, you may have received one combined notice or report.
With the new automated system, notices and reports will be sent individually for each permit, improving accuracy and ensuring no permit is missed.
