As Provincial legislation requires, Rocky View County is currently conducting annual property assessments.
The County’s professional assessors visit properties throughout the summer and fall to collect information needed to ensure fair property tax assessments for all landowners by updating assessed property values.
If a County assessor requires access to your property, they will visit between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. They have photo identification and travel in marked County vehicles.
