On June 12 of this year, Rocky View County Council hired Rick McDonald of J.R. McDonald and Associates to serve as the Interim County Manager and conduct a review of County Administration.
On October 16, Mr. McDonald presented a report to Council on his findings. The report addresses challenges, weaknesses, and gaps in Administration and in the delivery of County programs and services. It recommends core adjustments to support a service-oriented culture, streamlined processes, and improved relationships with elected leadership and the community.
