Closed Session
Council moved into a closed session to consider the confidential item “Consideration of Impacts of Bill 28 on Rocky View County” (RVC2026-27) under sections 26 and 29 of the “Access to Information Act” (ATIA), as well as the confidential item “Consideration of East Balzac Power-Supply Constraints” (RVC2026-28) under sections 29 and 30 of ATIA.
Council moved back into the public session and approved motions directing Administration to proceed with Mandate #1 and Mandate #2, as discussed and agreed upon during the closed session for RVC2026-27.
Council then approved a motion directing Administration to proceed with the Mandate as discussed and agreed upon during the closed session for RVC2026-28.
