Role of Board

• To review Marigold Regional Library System yearly goals and objectives
• To prepare an Annual Report
• To ensure council provides sufficient funding, so library is eligible for provincial operating grant
• To deliver previous years financial records to auditor in January or February

Membership

• One Member at Large from Rocky View County is appointed to the committee at the invitation of the Marigold Regional Library System.
• A per diem is paid in accordance with Council Policy C-221 [PDF/222KB]

Term/Expiry

• One (1) Member at Large for a three (3) year term

Meetings

• Attend four (4) full board meetings a year, plus ten to twelve (10 to 12) committee meetings per year and committee work
