These appeal bodies must consider evidence, hear from multiple parties, and deliberate respectfully as a panel. Please describe how you would contribute to balanced discussion and work constructively with other members when perspectives differ.

When hearing an appeal, what do you believe are the most important considerations in reaching a decision, and how would you ensure your role remains focused on the applicable legislation, evidence, and jurisdiction of the Board/Committee?

Please describe any experience, knowledge, or familiarity you have that would support a role on the Assessment Review Board, such as property assessment, taxation, realty, experience with quasi-judicial hearings and their processes, administrative law, governance, or reviewing complex written information.
