Located next to Indus, the land now referred to as Fulton, has been used for agricultural purposes since the Indus area was settled in the late 1800’s. The land is unsubdivided, flat and is currently designated as Ranch and Farmland. The land is bounded on the north by TWP Rd 230, the east by RR 280, the west by 281, and the south by Provincial Highway 22X. The CPR railway ROW transects the southwest corner of the site. No structures exist on the site.
Fulton Industrial Park, is in a strategic location to continue to develop a phased limited-serviced industrial park with convenient access to regional transportation including Provincial Highway 22X, and Municipal Highway 791. The land area of approximately 212 hectares (523 acres).
