Twp Rd 250 Realignment in Conrich

Overview

The County is continuing to advance the Township Road 250 Realignment at Conrich Road, as identified in the Conrich Area Structure Plan. Council has approved the construction budget for the first phase of the realignment, which will construct the first two lanes, and new CN Rail crossing, and a signalized intersection at Conrich Road. A future second phase will twin the road to 4 lanes.

Phase 1 Construction west of the CN tracks will take place in 2026, and east of the tracks will be completed in 2027 following the relocation of two Atco high pressure gas pipelines.
