Rocky View County Seeks Resident Input with
2026 Citizen Satisfaction Survey

Rocky View County has officially launched the biennial Citizen Satisfaction Survey, an essential tool for capturing residents’ views to guide future planning and service improvements.

Residents will receive a postcard containing a unique PIN, enabling them to participate through various convenient methods: online, by phone, or via a paper form. This inclusive approach ensures that every resident can share their perspectives on community needs and priorities. More information is available at: Citizen Satisfaction Survey.

"The survey provides residents with a meaningful opportunity to influence County decision-making processes," said Reeve Sunny Samra. "Your feedback helps us refine our services and ensures that our initiatives align with what matters most to you and your family."

The survey will be open until Sunday, March 22, 2026. Results will be analyzed independently by Leger and will be shared publicly at a Council meeting in April. This transparency underscores the County’s commitment to aligning services with resident expectations.

County residents are encouraged to participate and spread the word about the survey, as collective feedback will help shape County priorities, budget, and planning decisions.
