A tax certificate provides the roll number, legal description, levy, current balance, utility account balance and monthly tax payment plan amount.
Visit myRockyView, an online portal offered by Rocky View County, where you will be able to request tax certificates online, and pay by credit card or with your current tax certificate credit account for your request.
A user ID is needed to set up an account, Please contact the Tax department at firstname.lastname@example.org or 403-230-1401 if you need help setting up an account.
You can also still order a tax certificate by filling out the Tax Certificate Request Form (PDF) and faxing it to 403.276.5372.
There is a $30 fee, which can be paid by cheque, Visa, or MasterCard (faxed or emailed copies of cheques are not accepted).
Please note there is a two to three business day turnaround to process tax certificates. A copy of the certificate will be faxed and the original sent by mail.
