Tax Certificates

A tax certificate provides the roll number, legal description, levy, current balance, utility account balance and monthly tax payment plan amount. You can order a tax certificate by filling out the Tax Certificate Request Form (PDF) and faxing it to 403.276.5372.

There is a $30 fee, which can be paid by cheque, Visa, or MasterCard (faxed or emailed copies of cheques are not accepted).

Please note there is a two to three business day turnaround to process tax certificates. A copy of the certificate will be faxed and the original sent by mail.
