The Delacour Hall is a hub for the area. It is wheelchair accessible and can hold 150 people downstairs. The upstairs games room has two pool tables and a shuffle board, and can hold 60 – 80 people. It has a large commercial kitchen. For more information, call 403.285.9463.

The Hamlet of Delacour was named for the foreman of the Grand Trunk Railway, a Mr. De Lacour. A small store and local postal service was established about 1914. The Delacour hall was constructed in 1927 until a fire destroyed it in 1978.
In 1982, a new large two storey hall was built. The hall continues to serve the area keeping community spirit alive.
