History

Harmony is Rocky View County’s newest community, on 1,700 acres, and is only 8 minutes west of Calgary. The community is nestled in the heart of Springbank, north and west of the Springbank airport. It has a sparkling lake, world-class golf, and pristine Rocky Mountain views. An urban community in the heart of the country. With mixed development, it offers unique upscale homes.

Historically the land was assembled over time through different owners before being purchased by Samuel Copithorne. Among other prior owners, portions of the land were owned by The Cochrane Ranche Company, The Bow River Horse Ranch Company, Mr. Gilbert Edwin Goddard, Canadian Pacific Railway Company, and Prince Aram d’Abro Pagratide of Naples Italy.
