List of Candidates

Candidates may begin filing nominations papers for the 2025 municipal election on January 1, 2025. Rocky View County will update the list of candidates on this page within 48 hours of a candidate filing their nomination papers or notice of intent to be nominated with the County. 

The nomination papers of each candidate, including the criminal record check required by Rocky View County’s Election Bylaw, will be made available to view by the public on this page. Nomination papers are partially redacted to protect the personal information of candidates in accordance with the Local Authorities Election Act.

Candidates may withdraw their nominations up to 24 hours after the close of nominations at noon on nomination day (September 22, 2025). Candidates who have withdrawn their nominations will not be listed on this page.
