Special Event Process

 

  1. Submit your application, and your one point of contact is assigned. 
  2. Your one point of contact reviews your application and any other documents that are required, allowing you 15 days to provide any additional documents. 
  3. Application and documents are shared with the County’s internal departments to comment on legislative and safety requirements. We will then contact you and review their comments. This generally takes around 30 days. Some conditions may still need to be included in your Special Event Permit after this review. 
  4. Once you have met all the requirements, we will issue your Special Event Permit to you. We aim to issue your Special Event Permit 30 days prior to your event if possible. 
  5. Now you can enjoy your event!
