Special Council Meeting on March 2, 2021

In accordance with section 194(1)(a) of the Municipal Government Act and section 22 of the Procedure Bylaw, the Reeve may call a special Council meeting whenever the official considers it appropriate to do so. On December 17, 2020, I issued notice of the February 2, February 16, and March 2, 2021 special Council meetings.
As Reeve of Rocky View County, I am now issuing a new notice for the March 2, 2021 special Council meeting containing an additional matter pursuant to the following resolution passed at the February 16, 2021 special Council meeting:
MOVED by Deputy Reeve McKylor that consideration of Bylaw C-8090-2020 be tabled until the Tuesday, March 2, 2021 Special Council Meeting.

This notice is provided to Council under section 194(3) of the Municipal Government Act and will be made available on the County’s website to serve as notice to the public.

- Consideration of the associated Mountain Ash Summit Pit Master Site Development Plan (PL20200034)

- Consideration of Bylaw C-8090-2020 (New Municipal Development Plan)
