Ever tried finding a specific piece of information on our website, given up and called? It's like looking for a needle in a haystack – except the haystack is made of endless links and pages. This is common challenge for government websites because there is a lot of important information to share with many topics to cover. Sites get big and information gets lost, but we want to fix that.
The County is working towards a website redesign in the near future and one piece of that is understanding how you search for information.
