In accordance with section 194(1)(a) of the Municipal Government Act and section 20 of the Procedure Bylaw C-8277-2022, the Reeve may call a special Council meeting whenever the official considers it appropriate to do so. This serves as notice to Council under section 194(3) of the Municipal Government Act and will be made available on the County's website to serve as notice to the public.
As Reeve of Rocky View County, I, Crystal Kissel, hereby call for a special Council meeting to be held in Council Chambers at the County Hall located at 262075 Rocky View Point, and livestreamed via www.rockyview.ca, on the following date and time:
· Monday, August 14, 2023, at 9:00 am
The purpose of the Special Council Meeting is to consider a “Personnel Matter” pursuant to the following section(s) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act:
· Section 17 – Disclosure harmful to personal privacy
