Congratulations to the Rocky View Foundation

Rocky View County is pleased to congratulate the Rocky View Foundation on its recent award of $4 million as part of the Government of Alberta’s Affordable Housing Partnership Program.
The funding will be used to advance affordable senior’s housing opportunities in the region through renovations to create more residential units at Abrio Place — an affordable senior’s lodge in Airdrie.
Organizations like the Rocky View Foundation provide an essential service in their work to create and provide affordable housing options. This provincial investment in the foundation will have long-standing benefits to the Rocky View County area for years to come.

- In 2022, Rocky View County supported the Rocky View Foundation through annual funding of more than $1 million.
- Since 1964, the Rocky View Foundation has provided affordable housing for seniors in the Rocky View region.
- The foundation houses 240 residents living at four independent living manors and two supportive living lodges.
