Rocky View County is seeking public feedback through a telephone survey

This March, some Rocky View County residents will receive phone calls requesting their participation in a County satisfaction survey.

The survey aims to gather feedback from residents on County services, value for services, quality of life, and priority areas of investment for Rocky View County in the future.

The County encourages all residents who receive a call to take the time to share their views. This information will help Rocky View County deliver on the needs and priorities of residents.

Quick Facts:

  • Residents will be randomly selected to receive a call from Leger – an independent third-party organization conducting the survey.
  • The telephone survey is scheduled to begin on March 2, 2023, and will take approximately seven minutes to complete. The survey will conclude after capturing the views of 350 residents, an estimated 14 days.
  • Survey information will be shared back with the public in a What We Heard report in spring 2023.
  • Information collected will be used in coordination to identify trends with the larger, County-wide Citizen Satisfaction Survey, conducted in spring 2022.
