• Council approved a reduction in the late tax payment penalty for Tax Rolls 00010590 and 36928061 in accordance with Late Tax Payment Penalty Cancellation Policy C-204.
• Council approved a reduction in the late tax payment penalty for Tax Roll 03331150 in accordance with Late Tax Payment Penalty Cancellation Policy C-204.
• Council denied the request for late tax payment penalty cancellation from the owner of Tax Roll 04324021 in accordance with Late Tax Payment Penalty Cancellation Policy C-204.
• Council approved the request for late tax payment penalty cancellation from the owner of Tax Roll 05618503 in accordance with Late Tax Payment Penalty Cancellation Policy C-204.
• Council approved a reduction in the late tax payment penalty for Tax Roll 05707116 in accordance with Late Tax Payment Penalty Cancellation Policy C-204.
• Council approved a reduction in the late tax payment penalty for Tax Roll 05631050 in accordance with Late Tax Payment Penalty Cancellation Policy C-204.
• Council denied the request for late tax payment penalty cancellation from the owner of Tax Roll 05632050 in accordance with Late Tax Payment Penalty Cancellation Policy C-204.
• Council denied the request for late tax payment penalty cancellation from the owner of Tax Roll 06404172 in accordance with Late Tax Payment Penalty Cancellation Policy C-204.
• Council denied the request for late tax payment penalty cancellation from the owner of Tax Roll 03917003 in accordance with Late Tax Payment Penalty Cancellation Policy C-204.
• Council denied the request for late tax payment penalty cancellation from the owner of Tax Roll 07627010 in accordance with Late Tax Payment Penalty Cancellation Policy C-204.
• Council approved the Terms of Reference for a Governance Committee (Council committee of the whole) and associated amendments to the Boards and Committees Bylaw C-8342-2022. Administration is directed to begin a process of implementation prior to the first meeting in 2023, including creating processes for Administration to support the committee, preparing communications to notify the public on the purpose of the committee, and preparing information for Council to assist them with incorporation of the committee.
• Council provided an update on the latest Calgary Metropolitan Regional Growth Board (CMRB) activities. Specific details can be reviewed on the meeting’s livestream video.
• Council received, for information, an update on the 2022 Council Priorities and Significant Issues list, including all active, ongoing and pending priorities and initiatives to assist council on the status of business items.

• Division 3 – File: PL20210146 (07923023), Bylaw C-8305-2022, Redesignation Item: To redesignate the subject land from Agricultural, General District to Agricultural, Small Parcel District to facilitate future subdivision. Considered under the County Plan. Council approved Second Reading, followed by a motion referring the bylaw back to Administration to work with the Applicants to address road access and boundary line concerns.
• Division 3 – File: PL20220010 (06826030), Bylaw C-8306-2022, Redesignation Item: To redesignate the subject lands from Residential, Rural District to Residential, Country Residential District to facilitate the creation of one ± 0.81 hectare (± 2.00 acre) parcel leaving a ± 0.81 hectare (± 2.00 acre) remainder. Considered under the Cochrane North Area Structure Plan. Refused
• Division 6 – File: PL20210204 (03321007), Bylaw C-8264-2022, Redesignation Item: To redesignate the subject lands from Agricultural, Small Parcel District to Industrial, Light District to accommodate trucking operations. Considered under the Rocky View County/City of Calgary Intermunicipal Development Plan, and the Calgary Metropolitan Region Growth Plan. Approved.
• Division 5 – File: PL20220011 (06410060/06410061), Bylaw C-8280-2022, Amendment Item: A site-specific amendment to Direct Control District Bylaw C-6031-2005 (DC-99) to increase the maximum site coverage from 25% to 40% and to extend the approved additional uses from Lot 1, Block 1, Plan 1611467 to Lot 2, Block 1, Plan 1611467 within NW-10-26-29-W04M. Considered under the Balzac East Area Structure Plan, and the Balzac Commercial Campus Conceptual Scheme. Approved as amended.
• Division 3 – File: PL20220059 (07804003), Bylaw C-8304-2022, Redesignation Item: To redesignate a ± 8.10 hectare (± 20.01 acre) portion in the northeastern corner of the subject lands from Agricultural, General District to Agricultural, Small Parcel District (8.1 hectares) to facilitate future subdivision. Considered under the County Plan. Approved.
• Division 4 – File: PRDP20221211 (05735070), Development Permit Item: Council denied the request from the applicant of development permit PRDP20221211 to waive the six month re-application interval for a Special Function Business for an indoor and outdoor wedding and events venue.
• Division 5 – File: PL20220066 (06224004), Agricultural Subdivision Item: To create a ± 20.23 hectares (± 50.00 acres) parcel (Lot 1) with a ± 38.62 hectares (± 95.42 acres) remainder (Lot 2). Considered under the County Plan. Approved with conditions.
