Special Council Meeting on February 1, 2022

In accordance with section 194(1)(a) of the Municipal Government Act and section 22 of the Procedure Bylaw C-7907-2019, the Mayor may call a special Council meeting whenever the official considers it appropriate to do so. This serves as notice to Council under section 194(3) of the Municipal Government Act and will be made available on the County's website to serve as notice to the public.
As Mayor of Rocky View County, I, Don Kochan hereby call for a special Council meeting this meeting will be held via video conference in accordance with the Meeting Procedures (COVID-19 Suppression) Regulation and a livestream will be available on the day of the meeting on the Rocky View County website at www.rockyview.ca on the following dates and times:
- Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at 9:00 am
The purpose of the Special Council Meeting is to consider the following urgent business:
- Kissel et al v. Rocky View County, 2020 ABQB 406
