Greater Conrich Area Review: Open House October 29, 2025

Residents of Conrich area, mark your calendars.
Please join us on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Prince of Peace banquet room (300 Prince of Peace Way, Rocky View County) to learn and provide feedback on the Greater Conrich Area Review project.
This review focuses on the greater Conrich area as shown in the map below. The objective is to establish a planning framework that respects the values of the community, accounts for current conditions, and aligns with the important larger scale plans that have been adopted since the original Area Structure Plan (ASP) was completed. This project will consider the need for all types of land uses, including commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential uses. The project scope will also include technical studies to determine stormwater, water, and wastewater management to confirm efficiencies and capacity for servicing in the plan area.
