Rocky View County Residents are invited to the 38th Annual Agricultural Tour 

Get ready for a fun-filled, informative day celebrating agriculture right in our own backyard Thursday, July 24 !

Hop on board for a day-long bus tour through the scenic southwest area of Rocky View County, including the history-rich community of Springbank and the picturesque ranches in Jumping Pound. You’ll visit innovative local farms and ag-businesses, including the notable Diamond 7 Ranch, Copithorne Aggregate Pit, and Kestril Ridge Farm. There will be an equine demonstration and other up-close-and-personal opportunities to see some of the amazing work shaping Rocky View County’s agricultural landscape.  

🍽️ Enjoy a delicious lunch provided on the tour, and end the day with dinner at the Balzac Community Hall. The evening will feature an inspiring keynote address by John Knapp, retired Deputy Minister of Agriculture, who brings 36 years of experience with the Government of Alberta. The evening will conclude with the prestigious Master Farm Family Award presentation.
