Fire North of Bragg Creek: Response Underway

Update #2: 9:40 p.m. – Crews remain on scene, closely monitoring the wildfire on Tsuu T'ina lands north of the Hamlet of Bragg Creek. The fire is currently contained, meaning crews have successfully limited its spread. There is no immediate threat to structures or residents, and no evacuations are required at this time.
Due to these stable conditions, we will provide further updates only if the active situation changes.

Friday, February 21, 2025- 8 p.m. Update #1: We are actively responding to a wildfire currently burning on Tsuu T'ina lands, close to Rocky View County boundaries and north of the Hamlet of Bragg Creek. Multiple emergency services are on scene, working diligently to contain the fire.
Currently, there is no immediate need for evacuation. Crews are creating fire breaks and securing additional water supplies. Windy conditions mean we are closely monitoring the situation and are prepared if things change quickly.
