Rocky View County has launched its Citizen Satisfaction Survey, a comprehensive initiative aimed at gauging community perceptions and understanding your evolving needs and preferences.
The survey is accessible online at rockyview.ca/survey. A unique pin code is required and has been mailed to each taxpayer/household. If you didn’t receive your postcard by Feb. 23, 2024, please contact the County at questions@rockyview.ca or call 403-230-1401.
It is important the County hears from its residents. Feedback matters! Conducted every two years through an external agency, this survey plays a pivotal role in shaping the County's operational strategies, optimizing service delivery, and formulating budget allocations.
