Notice of Special Council Meeting

In accordance with section 194(1)(a) of the Municipal Government Act and section 22 of the Procedure Bylaw, the Reeve may call a special Council meeting whenever the official considers it appropriate to do so. This serves as notice to Council under section 194(3) of the Municipal Government Act and will be made available on the County’s website to serve as notice to the public.
As Reeve of Rocky View County, I, Dan Henn, hereby call for a special Council meeting to be held electronically starting on September 23, 2021, starting at 9:00am and livestreamed via www.rockyview.ca to consider the following matter:
September 23, 2021 Special Council Meeting at 9:00am
To be held electronically in accordance with section 199 of the Municipal Government Act and section 30 of the Procedure Bylaw starting at 9:00am and livestreamed via www.rockyview.ca
