Update: February 2 Public Hearing Submission Deadline Revised

It has come to the attention of Rocky View County that there is a discrepancy in the deadlines for written submissions in the advertising for the public hearing for Bylaw C-8082-2020 (planning application PL20200093) scheduled for the February 2, 2021 special Council meeting.
The public notices published on the County’s website state a written submission deadline of 4:30pm on January 20, 2021, while the notices of public hearing mailed to residents incorrectly stated a written submission deadline of 4:30pm on January 27, 2021.
Due to the error, Rocky View County will accept written submissions up to 4:30pm on January 27, 2021 and will distribute them to Council and the public following the publishing of the agenda package on the County’s website.
