Property Assessments Underway

As required by Provincial legislation, Rocky View County is currently conducting property assessments.
The County’s professional assessors will be in the municipality collecting the information needed to ensure fair property tax assessments for all landowners by updating assessed property values.
County assessors may require access to inspect your property. If so, they will visit between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. They have photo identification and travel in marked County vehicles. If an assessor comes to your property and you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to us at 403-230-1401.
